Grab a pen and a paper (No password keeper or e-notes). Put down uppercase letters, lowercase letters, symbols and numbers in a completely random order — the longer, the better. You should end up with something like this:

Now, log in to your Social Media account. Go to “settings”, proceed to “passwords”. Change your password to this random sequence. Then keep the piece of paper, put it in your drawer somewhere and go out, get a life!
Surely, if you have something urgent you can always take the paper and type this password. Other than that, go out, have fun, and most importantly add value to your life and others. But don’t sit for hours in front of your laptop and scroll down your social feed.
